Didn’t we have him as our TE coach only to bolt for Alabama a week or 2 later for the same position what makes you think he would come here and if some other school offered him more money wouldn’t do it again I say I take my chances with someone else
 
At least we wouldn’t be a national embarrassment anymore. We’d have some really solid seasons and make it to the ACC Championship consistently, but I don’t think we would be a playoff contender on a yearly basis. But since I don’t see us doing better, we should throw all we got at him.

He will get a big money contract extension from Oregon within the next month, increasing his buyout.
 
Being serious though; USC down, UW just changed HC and lots of Nike dollars in a very scenic area devoid of Miami ego drivers and traffic. Mario ain’t leaving Oregon to take over Miami. Forget about it

Nothing to do with bringing him to Miami or not, but your statement is horsesht. He took the job then bounced. Everybody knew who golden was, so Mario took that job knowing full well who he was going to work for. He's not some hero that saw through al, he's a guy that took a job, then took a better job. That's it.

His wife wants to come home , he’d came last year if Blake wasn’t retarded. This is his dream job, his and his goal all along was to build himself up enough to get here eventually. He’ll eventually end up here. One day lol.

Maybe not but I think we’d stay around the top 10-15 and make a run every few years. Kinda like Dan Mullen . Which would more than enough for me after the last 15-20 years.
