Interested to hear why. Good coach while he was here. Very good recruiter. Went on to coach LB at Seattle and was assistant coach his last year. So he checks all the boxes. What are the negatives?

So far only former player who I felt did a “good” job here in the last 15/20years....

definatly can’t say LB was bad under him and he fought tooth and nail against Goldens dumbazz to get DP here

One of the actual good coaches we had here who could also recruit, and went to work at better places after leaving here. Pretty sure he was in pete's system and could help improve manny scheme which has fell off a cliff get back to respectability..

There aren't any negative unless he just doesn't have the drive to grind anymore. Only he can answer that.

He’s in NC. Think he’s in involved in the church & has a podcast.

Would love to have him back but I think he’s done coaching. D Sharpton, Colin, Spence, DP were his guys. Eddie could have been decent but got kicked out. Also, Thurston, Futch, Cook, T Gooden. He kept guys home & developed them in No D’s wack scheme.

He‘d do great with Diaz.
