Brian Kelly is an asshat

I’m no Kelly fan but LSU is a complete joke with their pseudo AD, their flakey president and the governor all getting into this total cluster. I’m beginning to wonder who would want that job now that they’re trying to stiff Kelly “for cause”. If they have a cause what is it? Southern fried bologna is what it is.

Hold up.

Brian Kelly is seeking a declaratory judgment because LSU hasn’t paid him his buyout.

LSU is seeking a declaratory judgment because they are alleging that they didn’t actually fire him yet, but now they want to fire him for cause so they don’t have to pay his buyout.

So I’m going to say this, two things can be true at the same time.

I think Brian Kelly is a good coach, not elite, but a very good coach. A tier 2 type, if u will; however, he’s also a despicable human being. Notice I didn’t say coach, I said human being.

The problem started back in October 2010 w Declan Sullivan, actually let’s backtrack; the red flags of his character started in December of 2009. After leading Cincy to a 12-0 record, and as the team was fully prepared to play UF in the Sugar Bowl, a really big game for this program, Kelly went about business as usual including attending the team’s award banquet. It wasn’t until news broke that he had accepted the ND job that he was forced to inform everyone at the banquet he would not be coaching the team. This crushed the team’s morale. He didn’t inform the AD or the players of anything, & it was his intent to continue this charade until he got to South Bend.

That brings us to October 2010, where a young videographer’s safety was put in peril. We know the tragic story, but again, Kelly showed little remorse or accountability. Instead of a thorough investigation, ND swept it under the rug b/c the program was more important than Kelly’s culpability. They protected him, & in my opinion, it fed the beast.

What’s the relationship warning, how u get them is how u lose them? ND got a taste of their own medicine as Kelly jettisoned them for LSU in the same manner, going on recruiting visits as everything was status-quo, until news broke that he accepted the job at LSU.

LSU wasn’t concerned about Kelly’s unscrupulous history, they were concerned about his coaching history. They ignored all the red flags of him as a person, a leader, & focused strictly on Kelly the Coach w a .750, & chose to dance w the Devil. Well, the problem w dancing w Devil is the instant gratification may come initially, but he will collect. LSU have seen a player lose their quality of life by Kelly’s negligence, the locker room become ostracized as he’s thrown players under the bus, dyck down his boss’ niece in an affair, all the while internally sabotaging the program by not evaluating & recruiting.

This is what happens when u allow bad ppl to do bad things, & Kelly’s bad behaviors were never checked. LSU is reaping the monster that was created 15 yrs ago.

apparently brian kelly is gonna out everything and will torch the entire place down. AJ Mccarron said hes got all this dirt on the governor and LSU and hes gonna air it out now
So this is shaping up to be one of the rare occasions where, after everything is said and done,

nobody wins!

Facts, you can be a **** person and be elite at a job or anything else. You just a **** person lol

Worked for a **** person as a CEO. Bro had the pedigree, but he made a living burning bridges, getting fired, & cashing out on w the Golden Parachute. **** pulled into a meeting & said: “All of ya’ll suck, & no way any of u should be making more $$ than an Officer. Who in TF was the idiot that configured u imbecile’s compensation plans?” (He was from Delaware).

Bro I got up, & started walking out & he told me I was in insubordination, & I turned back in my most professional voice & said verbatim: “Then fire me, then I can show u what a real insubordinate looks like.” 2 months later, he was fired by our board, & he sent an email to all of us saying he’s seen better performances put on by zoo monkeys. Lol.

True mutha fckin story. But to his credit, his strategies did drive up revenue, & all the top managers & agents were making at least 200 bands/yr.

There are people like that, they are hyper aggressive in personality but the minute you catch them alone in the street they turn to Teddy Bear's. Had a boss like that, caught him off the clock in the streets and he was Mr. Nice guy
