its a stupid and childish move. wait till the year is over if you want to leave bc quitting now does nothing. he should be forced to pay his way through the rest of the semester (a prorated fee)

also even if martell wasn't more talented as a WR, he knew the playbook a **** of a lot more than BH did (esp considering he was vying for the QB job). martell wasn't playing much as the season has gone on so you cant blame the first game reps on BH not playing. he wasn't playing bc Wiggins, Harley, Pope, JT, and KJ were better this year

Seriously, I get that we want a statement made for the higher ups to understand that the appearance is that the crazies are running the loony bin, but take all of the talent away and what decent coach is going to want to come here? Or are we going to groom someone for the job? That will be farther than the rich tradition that makes this job somewhat attractive.
It’s a hard predicament. But we are better off keeping the current talent here and not losing a recruiting class and falling further behind in the talent pool. At least when whatever happens we will still have somewhat of an attractive position to bring in a new coach.

Nah i wouldn’t even want him back. I wish him luck tho..two different coaching staffs, same thing. Should tell u something as a player

two diff WR coaches too. he liked his old WR coach and still didnt play much. now we see pope, who barely saw the field last year, gets on the field this year and made plays (same with wiggins), but hightower cant?

BH had a chance in the UF game to make a game changing play..dropped a key one vs UNC..it’s one of those things

Yeah but he’s a master technician according to the mongoloids on here. They think whenever we hire a loser assistant devoid of personality that he’s some sort of technical savant like you need to be the guy who invented football to be a measly WR coach.

Lol What?? When BH has been on the field who has he looked better than? When has he flashed? Have u ever watched a play and been like “**** we need to get this kid the ball”. At least with JT4 we all knew we needed to get the kid ball because you can tell he had juice..now the WR room remained the same and a new PC and OC evaluate u. And you still getting rotational snaps..what should that tell you..he hasn’t been better than pope, JT4, KJ or Wiggins

Also remember when Dee said kids were at his house after a loss talking about let’s get lit? Think this kid wasn’t there?

I wanted him to succeed but after the LSU game he’s been hurt a good bit of time, didn’t really practice all spring iirc and has been hurt in and off this year. Can’t make the club in the tub boys.

Exactly! And I’m not saying he a scrub or can’t play. But out WR everybody has talent. So u need to capitalize on your Ops and step up. Either it’s you blocking your *** off or standing out on the all 22 getting open..the kid who has stepped up this year has been Wiggins and he wasn’t seeing the field a lot the first 2 weeks
