Probably a 3rd-4th round Pick. He struggles to stay healthy but he was a our best pass catcher when he was. If he was able to play 13 Games this year he would of shattered our single season TE Record. Still needs a ton of work in blocking though. Can't blame the guy for leaving when his QB just suffered a Torn acl and the other QBs are freshman. You pair that with his Injury history and this was Definitely the smart move for him.

Mark Richt's 1990s offense made far, far better use of two TEs than Lashlee did. The way he used both Njoku/Herndon was light years beyond how effectively Lashlee used Jordan/Mallory. Both are talented, but the OC didn't build his offense around the two dynamic TEs as I think he should have. When Jordan was out, Mallory was terrific; when Jordan was back, Mallory didn't get the ball.
Njoku and Herndon played one year together, 2016. Mallory as the second TE caught 6 less balls in 2 less games and Herndon only had 5 more yards receiving while Mallory scored more TDs. Mallory and Herndon both had four 1-rec games. Herndon became a force in 2017 after Njoku left for the draft. His numbers went up with a worse QB throwing him the ball because he was TE1

Sounds like he may be going to UGA actually.
that's what Mansell is hinting now.... LSU worked to get him eligible but the kid never took his name out of the portal.... he can legit talk to anyone and you can bet Kirby has been working that hard....
