It is useless without knowing the context.... If the reporter asked "do you have any concerns about being able to play on Friday" and he gave a generic coach answer of we are going to try like heck to get a team on the plane, would that change your narrative?

Well the depth chart for Friday came out and the usual suspects are still starting so forgive me if I feel the only way those jags see the bench is if they are still in coral gables
 
Jordan, Mallory and Harley should never leave the field.

I'd like to see the rotation at WR shortened allowing King to develop a rapport with a core group of pass catchers he trusts. This includes using Mallory or Jordan at WR at times when we use 11 personnel.

Vag Tech played and kicked *** with A LOT of players missing and without their DC and the 2nd guy in charge of the D. They had walk-ons in the secondary and backups everywhere on top of losing a dozen to the portal before the season. Fuente, for all the **** he takes on here, has done a miraculous job this year. He's coach of the year in my book.

Let’s also realize that Virginia Tech played a game short handed because they had already postponed a game prior and had no choice. It was play the game or forfeit. If given the option, I’m positive Fuente would have taken another postponement

I can't really argue with that. With all of the 'rona issues they have had, it's pretty remarkable that they are able to be competitive.
