Brett needs to learn the art of interviewing. There needs to be a good ebb and flow. Too many times he cut Richards off when Richards was providing a compelling account of events that we all want to know about. I do like the forum and the nature of being very direct, but you have to let the guest speak.

I agree, that's why I hope Hightower and/or Pope develop....those two have fantastic talent. Also, Payton can truly be a beast.
