Brenda Tracy slams Mullet

So there wasn’t enough evidence to charge his assistant or some of these players but yet they were fired or transferred...if there wasn’t enough evidence why did he fire his assistant? It seems he only needs to hear there wasn’t an actual charge.

In tons of organizations..an allegation is enough to get rid of someone.

From the 2nd article:
At Miami, Tracy met with the coaches. She wasn’t sure how Manny Diaz was reacting to her story, until he said he wanted to introduce her to his team and when she was done he had a few things to say before calling for breakout sessions with his players.
“I thought ... ‘Wow! That’s amazing,’ ” she said. “Not all coaches take the initiative to do something like that.”
Diaz told his players what they were about to hear was important. And when she was done, he spoke again.
“He said, ‘Playing here is a privilege and not a right, you harm someone and you’re out of here,’ ” Tracy said.
“He’s very clearly set the expectations with the players. And that meant a lot to me because these players need to hear that from their coach and that’s exactly what I ask coaches to do. I was very impressed with coach Diaz that day.”
 
Agree. Unless you’re needed. This kid didn’t get kicked off b/c there weren’t charges. I’m just wondering how he decides.

People get let go from most normal organization for the piddliest shlt.

You really have to watch your conversation with other men, in case a woman with an ax to grind, might hear. It just might be a harmless dirty joke.

But this thing...hair pulling, choking... I mean that’s just a different universe.

These are are guys that were basically strangling women. There's no defense for it. Just because they didn't get charged, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Most of these cases don't get charged as crimes because the women don't want to go thru all the pain and be ridiculed by all the fans backing the player from the athletic team and the entire athletic department backing him as well.

Mullen is creep for putting players before the welfare of women. Click on the link that I posted in this thread to find out what Brenda Tracy had to say about Manny Diaz when she visited the Miami Football team. Manny Diaz and Dan Mullen are polar opposites on this matter.
