I do wish him the best of luck. FB is a tough position for anyone in this day and age, much less someone advancing in years.

Much ado about nothing. The kid was a B-U-S-T! No ifs, buts or huh. Nevertheless, I hope the kid finds a program where he'll see SIGNIFICANT playing time on the synthetic-turf. HuH.

Good point. I was going to use that as an attack method and what not. But I see you're ten miles ahead of moi. But then again, Diaz LOVES PLAYING FAVORITES and all that.

Anyone that is really in the know...

Was he ever open to some sort of position change?

He's a football player...its just fullback is a bit archaic at this point. Useful, but a sub package player in most offenses. I do not blame him for going, but just curious if he was interested or had been approached about some sort of position change.

All of us have been preaching for a spread offense which never has a full back on the field. Thanks for your time at Miami Realus but this frees up a valuable roster spot.
