Interesting, have to drill down on it more, but appears to be ok. Elite players are subjective and agents are agents$$

So now you will a substantial uptick in number of players declaring for draft knowing their door
to college hoops is not closed.
In the meantime, coaches have to recruit for worst case scenarios while trying to re-recruit
these players.
Chaos.

I don't think it'll affect us that much. Lonnie was, what, our first 5 star recruit? Sure, guys like Scott and Brown would've tested the waters but the impact on the recruitment of Duke, UNC, KU, etc. will be FAR greater. Coach L's GMU Final Four Team had no player who would've had any interest in them right out of HS. Not even close.

How about institute the baseball rule and be done with it.

With all due respect, I don't think this will really impact UM.

We have either had players get drafted, or have had guys flirt with the draft and pull out early.

We have not really had a bunch of hoops underclassmen who file for the draft, stay in the draft, and then go undrafted.

Doesn't seem that way to me. Either declare for the draft after high school, at which point you give up your college eligibility, go JUCO, or go to a 4 year school for at least 3 years.
