What does it even mean to “poach” a player?
Almost every single player has a 1 year NIL deal. Which effectively means that the player is a free agent at the end of that deal, just like in the NFL, NBA, and the jobs that 99% of all people have.

So why wouldn’t a good coach looking for a QB send out feelers to the agents of all the free agent QB’s (likely just about every college QB except Arch) and ask them if their client is interested? To not do so is just plain stupid.

There is no morality in competition. UM does not break the rules. They have very good compliance people. But once the rules are met, I would expect our coach to do everything in his power to improve the team. Just because Narduzzi can’t do the same does not mean what we do is wrong.

So Pat, spend less time crying and more time raising NIL capital through your boosters and alumni.

Even when he made that corny *** claim at halftime in 2017 when they beat us when we were ranked 2, I just felt he was a coach who was fired up for his team and didn't take it weird. But since then he's been crying too **** much and keeping Miami's name in his mouth. *****-made ****

Not legally, not otherwise.

There's nothing enjoining anyone from taking a new NIL 1 year deal year over year somewhere else.

You're exactly right, this is Narduzzi being a ****.

And Narduzzi is right, if it's above board, then it's above board. Prattle on to Congress and the NCAA all ya want, Nard Dog.
