He’s overrated by CIS. People just like him because he’s the best OC we’ve had since Rob Chudzinski.

He must be a very likable guy as he's done nothing to warrant the staff positions he gets IMHO.

No hard feelings, never met the man. Wish him success though.

I saw this. He's coached everywhere. It is entirely possible he was shackled by poor superiors at Miami.

Side note / watch him parlay this advisor role with the patriots to a college HC at a mid-tier school.
