It is really about laziness. It is the same way in the NBA. All white players are like former white players. I will say though that the comp to welker does seem to be pretty spot on in this situation.
 
I don't know any black players he could compare too. Wes Welker is an accurate description. Tough,smart,good route runner,catches well, and height.

Way better athlete than Welker or even Collier.

Crazy to think but your actually not even giving him enough credit.

Truest of true slots.

He has elite athletic ability.

He runs a 4.48 forty. 41 inch vertical, 3.81 shuttle, great hands and did I mention kids a gym rat?

A elite athletic Wes Welker could be a good comparison. Berrios has the makings to be a great one here.

He kind of resembles the guy who rotated my tires this past weekend. Wonder what skills he has under the hood.

These outlandish comparisons....remember when Kaaya looked like Payton when he jogged off the field SMH

And he is only 8 month out from ACL surgery. We aren't even close to seeing him at his best.

1st down machine. Hopefully he can play in a creative offense in the next few years.
 
He reminds me of a 12 year old black girl who used to steal my mail. Either that or the 6' 8" skinny albino that worked at Blockbuster. Okay, none of that.

Ya know what? Berrios has the potential to be the guy other guys are compared to years from now. I don't know if there is a Braxton Berrios fan club, but if there is, I want to join.
