Also to add, great to see the FSU coach for Northeast off to a great start

But is he helping recruit Dalvin Cook?

To rest your worries jhall, yes he is and has mentioned when he committed he would love to see him, yearby and cook on same team to make each other better.

Havent seen Powell up close, will have to check him out soon but seems like a do it all player. Was even lead blocking on some plays for the other back. Thats a team player right there

Not JHall, but it was clear to me that he was being sarcastic. Powell stands on his own as a recruit, and is a stud. If Edwards develops into the big back we expect, then a combination of Edwards, Yearby and Powell will be lethal. Imagine the OC's options on play-action?!

Think those stats are a little off. Looked like 2 rushing TD's and 2 receptions for TD's and more receiving yards the one TD alone looked like 37+ yards

Yep he was refering to this site's fixation on Cook despite Yearby and Powell being committed. The first question typically asked of Yearby is "Are you recruiting Cook?"

Yea noticed that in the video also, stats are from Rivals. I adjusted the OP. Also, the point was to just show some appreciation for Powell.

I'm very happy with Yearby and Powell as our RB class. Anyone else would be gravy.

100% agree. I appreciate the info anyone puts on the site. Just wanted Mr. Powell to get his full credit for his game.

Kid is filthy! Great shiftiness and acceleration. Very happy with him and Yearby as our RB class!

You guys get it.

I give zero ***** about Dalvin Cook and it's because we have two absolute studs in Yearby and Powell. Powell looks a bit thicker than I remember him. I'm not familiar with Northeast this year but he was clearly the best player on the field in those short clips.

I love who we have! Yearby & Powell. Think of our tailback stable next year. Even more excited after seeing Gus do some real positive things. Duke, Gus, Yearby, Powell and Dallas if needed.

Some thoughts
1. I freaking love this kid, he will help us win football games, no doubt. Dallas Crawford heart/versatility with better speed.
2. I'm super jealous that you SoFla folks have this video wrap up service. Not sure if some Genron type runs it, but it's cool. We have a TV show but no internet on-demand highlights.
3. LOL @ the left tackle @ 3:00 mark. The sideline official on the Northeast side probably got his *** chewed for 15 minutes for no call on that.
4. WTF at those field conditions? Hope our commits don't play on that field much, looks like a turned ankle waiting to happen.

Those videos are from sfhssports, most of those guys are long time south florida guys and a good bunch. Think Larry Bluestein as he is apart of the radio stuff they do. They really know their stuff and help kids.

I know he was being sarcastic, which is why I gave that type of answer. I think jhall also got it because I think he pressed the little like button. No worries. At the end of the day I am a keep the best players home, but know its unrealistic. As long as we replace with quality guys, Im good. Though I will be irked if we lose best player in dade 2 years running, but dont mind me, lol...
