Bradley Jennings, Jr.

This has the makings of Shavar Manuel 2.0 in which he committed to UF only to flip back to FSU knowing that he was playing the Gators at the request of the FSU d-end coach Brad Lawing's encouragement. Hopefully UM's staffers keep this in the back of their minds, that FSU is not above being super shady just to tie up UM's recruiting efforts.

...He had originally committed to Florida State's in-state rival Florida on Jan. 5. Now, while this probably caught some Florida fans, and maybe even some Florida coaches by surprise, it was not a last minute decision. At least one Florida State coach had known it would be happening for a while.

“Shavar had told me the night before [he committed to Florida], ‘I’m a Seminole’ and then he committed to Florida,” Florida State defensive ends coach Brad Lawing told the Orlando Sentinel. “I called him up, asked what’s going on and he said ‘I’m just getting some pressure from people.

“So he didn’t just flip tonight. We’ve known about this for about two weeks.”

Lawing, who was a defensive line coach at Florida in 2013 and 2014, also told Manuel to "play the game" and "tell the **** Gators anything they want to hear." Which is exactly what Manuel did, until Wednesday when he signed his LOI to play at Florida State.

No wonder they're raping and beating up women up there when you see the lowlife coaches leading and grooming them. They have no shame admiting that crap went on,they're even proud about it.

Doesn't shock me at all, his dad was a part of that CC crew that defected to the Holes because of the sanctions back in the mid-late 90's. I'm sure the kid has heard his pops talk about how he would've been a Cane if we weren't so crippled by probation. Jennings has made it clear many times that although he's gonna be a Duval HS product, he's definitely a native Miamian and South Floridian first. I honestly think he comes (since it's been said he's a take) for 2 reasons, to see what it would be like if this time around Bradley Jennings went to The U, and he's sick & tired of North Florida and wants to come back home.

That DL coach was employed by UF, and not retained by McElwain. SoSome personal bad blood with UF there. Guy was still coaching D. fowler at UF when Jameis was at FSU.

Jennings is miami's to take FSU is not going to put up much of a fight offered only because he was a legacy

Keep telling yourself that just like Noles fans say Jameis forgot to pay for them crab legs

So what's the story with this kid in terms of talent? Can he play or can't he? What type of prospect is Jennings? I remember his dad at FSU but I don't know much about Jr.

his dad in run support would knock your block off...an is a REAL CAROL CITY DUDE....

Ill temper my enthusiasm ont his if the noles have any interest

Is he better than wilder and Miller? That would be the issue. Would he push those two out?

I put Jennings 3rd of the 3 mentioned. Don't think FSU will lose any sleep on this one when he flips.
