Brad Kaaya's Mother

More revisionist history. Kaaya had his best season ever and we won the most games in his career and he was the MVP of our bowl game.

But he “regressed”.

This is the dumbest collection of football fans on the planet.

22-16 record and 0-3 in bowls is not something to be proud of. It really isn't something to brag about either.

Except for the fact his numbers dont support that.

Yah that was because Kaaya was so much better than the year before. Not because he had Junior Njoku and Senior Coley in their last season. Nor Ahmon Richards at his absolute best. Not because he had Senior Isadora and senior Marquez Williams blocking for him. Not to mention a great D giving him good field position. No the reason he had better numbers was all because of Recht. That is why he went from being predicted as the overall number 1 pick to almost going undrafted. The NFL scouts are terrible at evaluating talent.

Sorry for calling out your stupidity. Go ahead and tell us again that Kaaya was 0-3 in bowl games. You’re tonight’s entertainment.
My bad on that. But im sorry that I called your mom out, I really am.

Back to the topic at hand, if you really want to look at stats, you know, the ones that matter:

22-16 win loss record
1-2 bowl record
0-3 against FSU.
0 ACCCG appearances.
13-11 ACC record

Passing yards and all that shxt doesn't matter when it comes to win loss records. You know, the ones that will be more remembered over passing stats.

But congrats on being proud of him being the MVP of the ficking Camping World bowl.

OP, as I’ve stated many times on this board, prior to Richt & Richt, Kaaya was projected to go no later than the 2nd round. After Richt, he barely got drafted. They are horrible, no lie.
Trashed talked the kid's footing. Then proceeded to change his footing. After that, kid's chances were history.

Not sure I'm understanding your point, OGH. I think the point is Richt doesnt get credit/blame good or bad. Kaaya was who he was in 2015 and was who he was in 2016. I don't think coaching affected either year all that much. I loved Brad, but he was so-so. Didn't pan out in NFL because he wasn't that good. Period. WTF are we talking about?

I was saying that Kaaya looked worse(by the eye test) in his Junior season than he did in his sophomore season. The only reason his numbers were better under Richt was because he had the best TE to come out of any school in the past 8 years or so in his final year. He had Stacy Coley who was good enough to get drafted. Isiadora who is an NFL OL. Marquez Williams who was good enough to get drafted as an FB. Plus an elite D made up COrn Elder, Jenkins, and Adrian Colbert giving him solid field position. Not to mention a bunch of under classmemen playmakers like RJ, Norton, Berrios, Walton, AR, etc. His sophmore year the only upper classman playmakers he had on his team were Burns and bush both on the D.
