Brad Kaaya staying for Senior season

Anyone who thinks a freshman is going to come in and play better than a four year starter is deluding themselves.

I'd like for this to be true.. dude isn't "the goods" per se, but if we want to make a deep run next year I'd like to think Kaaya is going to give us a better shot than a freshman.

20-16 career record and zero signature wins is a major turn-off. The kid simply hasn't gotten it done. That said, we're much better off with him on the rooster in 2017 and if any of you people disagree, I loathe you. I despise you. Not only that, but I also despise all your loved ones. I want to see them torn to pieces by wild dogs. If I ever meet you in person, I'll smash your brains in with a ******* bat. Then we'll see who doesn't think Kaaya coming back for his senior season is a good thing.

If you want to know how dumb sports makes poeple this thread is a good example. Kaaya while not being amazing all the time has been **** good for a bad to average team since he got here. He is by far the best QB we have had since Dorsey and that isn't even arguable. If we lose him next season will go similar to this as you can't win much without a good qb . Allison and Perry both could be this but not as true freshmen as they don't have the natural tools like Kaaya did as true frosh. The fact that we have guy who teams are looking at being a franchise qb that some don't want here says all that needs to be said.

People getting worked up over a clearly false report.

Nobody knows if he stays or goes.

That report comes from some out of town, third-rate cūnt, making shīt up to drive people to his web site or get follows.

I doubt he's 100% decided himself, especially not before he receives his draft grade.

Little Juan does my bidding. Take it up with him i'll be on the 2nd floor.

Good decision. Brad's football future will be better for it and the Canes will be better next year.

He'd be stupid to come back.

It's a shallow QB draft class and the league is dying for quality signal callers.

He needs time to develop in a real offense, might as well make it a paid apprenticeship

No he would be dumb to leave. He can be a top 5 pick if he works hard. He has digressed this year under a new , but better, offensive caller in richt but I think with one more year he would be the best college qb prospect . And what is great is it helps us tremendously as well. With Kaaya we are preseason top 5 without him we are still preaseason top 20 but have no chance at the play offs. Next year is our best chance over the next 3 years IMO to make the playoffs and it happens to work out well that Kaaya isn't ready. If he was he should leave but he is no where near ready. Just becuase you will be a top 2 round pick doesn't mean you should leave. Long term it is a mistake.

Allsion will be a RS Freshman/Sophomore next year, and Perry is a legit baller. Franchise QB? He couldn't start on a single team right now in the NFL. The Bears would put Cutler out there in a wheelchair before they started him. Browns would start Kessler, he is a 3rd string QB in the league right now. He is currently a round 3-5 guy and likely the 4-6 best QB coming out if Turbinsky, Watson, Kaiser, and the rest of them declare.

So Allison who will have been in the program 1 1/2 years by next fall couldn't have learned what he needs to take over? And who is to say if Rozier was to play with his additional mobility couldn't take some pressure off the OL and make a better all around offense.

Not knocking Brad but if the OL doesn't Improve in he next 9 months we aren't winning any championships.

Lol "best UM qb since Dorsey" bs is hilarious. He's definitely at best on the same level ( but imo slightly worse) as both Jacory Harris and Stephen Morris.

And news flash Brad Kaaya needs to just go to the NFL or CFL now, bc even if he could stay 4 more years at UM hes not sniffing the 1st round no matter how "shallow" the qb pool is in the draft.

Richt needs to tell Kaaya that if he comes back the QB position is open for competition. He is very nice kid but VASTLY OVERRATED to say the least. He has great stats but alot of talent on the offensive side of the ball. The kid had NO SIGNATURE wins and is like 0-10 in big games. Please leave now Brad if you want the Canes to improve. If he comes back it will be another lost year because the kid doesn't have it at all. He folds under the pressure and cannot execute when the team needs his leadership. HELLO, what are you Kaaya supporters basing your comments on? JUST AN AVERAGE QB AT BEST. Heck, I would pick at least 6 QB's in the ACC before I would take before Kaaya. FSU, NC, VT, CLEMSON, DUKE, and LOUISVILLE just to name a few.

Won't matter if Richt wets the bed again calling plays in big games like he did during that 4 game stretch this year.

Jury is very much out on Richt the playcaller. I'd feel a **** of a lot better with a quality dedicated OC.

Dumbest post in a while. Richt's plahy were fine . Our o line and kaaya's inaccuracy ( along with some bad luck) cost us those games. It happens but in 3 years we will look back at that losing streak as a growing moment.

You calling my post dumb and then using the same rehashed excuses that all the potatoes on this board use.....is quite ironic.

He wet the bed. The play calling was God awful during that 4 game stretch. Period. If you don't see it by now with time to reflect you're never going to see it.

I want Richt to succeed...but his record against quality opponents is a concern, as was his playcalling against 4 of the most quality teams on this years schedule. Jury is still very much out. We should have won at 2 or 3 of those games during that 4 game stretch.

Save your Don Bailey Jr excuse write up for the potatoes.
