What are these kids playing for?

Zilch.

What level of effort should we should see from the players?

Zilch.

Meanwhile Louisiana Tech can put a feather in its cap 'upsetting' a Power 5 opponent.

Louisiana Tech will likely work its *** off against us, whilst we are dancing on the sidelines down two scores.

I always want us to win...but now? No way.

Honestly I just want to have this season over with. Where this program should be and where we actually are is miles apart.

As other posters have put it, and it absolutely makes me cringe to say it; we're not even the best team in Miami this year. :/

All I want to do is see young guys play and maybe Tate just to see for myself
 
I haven't even thought about the bowl game, what kind of offense/defense Tech has, or anything really related to 'Canes football.

All I think about it, "It's 'x' number of days until I park this truck in Dallas and take a plane ticket home, never to work in the ice and snow again, home every night, off two days a week and spending more time with my family."

Seems to be the only thing right now that's keeping me from going crazy.
 
I’ve never bet on sports but I’m betting on this one. La Tech covers and I’ll prob bet under as well because Enos offense ain’t scoring ****
 
It’s basically a home game for them and they will be prepared and hungry. We will play like we always do after a bye or any other recent bowl game. Tech wins outright and I really hope that I’m wrong.

It’s a lose lose.

We win big and Enos could stay, we barely win we look like ***, we lose than who knows what will happen.
 
If we lose, Manny should not keep his job. I don’t care if it’s just his first year. He’s all about portraying the U image and past with no substance. It’s exactly the mentality that has led this program down this road.
We have the facilities etc. we don’t necessarily need a Miami guy even though Mario would be a good safe choice. I just want someone whose won their own conference minimum.
