Force his son out only way getting rid of Richt. With an elite oc hire and him playing CEO I'll give him a shot.

New offensive line coach, new qb coach, new ST coach, new OC.

I'm good with your 1-4, but I would swap 2 with 3.

As for #4, I don't think HCIW stuff is necessary now - but I would promote Diaz to Asst/Assoc HC or whatever they call it asap. He's earned it.

Anyway, if they did 1-3 AND promoted diaz to Asst HC, AND Richt relinquishes playcalling/gameplanning completely, I'd be completely good with that. Whether or not they fire someone now or end of season really doesn't matter - we wouldn't be able to hire a replacement until the season is done anyhow, imo.
 
is this BOT member personally paying the buyout of assistant coach being fired and covering the "upgraded" salary for better coach? if not then next.

Richt's last OC hire was Brian Schottenheimer, who is currently the OC of the Seattle Seahawks, whose current offensive ranking is 17 out of 32.
