BOT Fix

I think the best way to fix this issue is to push the notion of splitting AD roles further up to the BOT. Rather than only shaving off Football responsibility to a CO-AD (Highsmith, Dorsey, Randall as homer options) split the board into sections. Let a segment of the BOT oversea football/sports decisions so we are getting the most attention to that segment. Brief thought, not fleshed out, so rip and comment at your leisure.
