BOLO out for Damon Wilson

No clue but Mario said they were battling the flu bug a couple weeks ago. Maybe that’s why a couple of these games some guys have looked way off. Need 100% healthy team down the stretch.
Then break out all the stops!

Ivermectin

Vicks vapor rub

I don’t care what is it.

I’m almost positive he’s hurt. Didn’t look right going on/off the field, looked like someone dealing with a foot to me with his gait. Could be dead wrong, but it didn’t look quite right.

Lightfoot is not going top 15. He’s likely not even going in the first 2 rounds.

I don’t think you know ball then brother.
Why is it when people have different evaluations- the default is “u don’t know ball”?
Weak sauce. He may have a valid opinion….
It’s all good. I respect fans that hype up our players. So I didn’t take it personally.

But if he did an unbiased look at the DE’s drafted in the top 15 over the last 5 years he’d see no one at Lightfoots size was selected. The BEST comp in the top 15 based on measurables would be Will Anderson Jr and Lightfoot is no where near him as a prospect.

There have only been 13 Ends drafted in the top 15 during that time. Average size is 6’4 260 lbs.

Reuben Bain just went 15th overall and he’s the best talent we’ve had on D in the last decade.

Lightfoot projects as a situational pass rusher in the NFL. Very good player in college but he’s not on the same level at Stewart or Simmons.

Will McDonald
He was 239 in Indy at 6’3 5/8. I would expect Marquise to be in that 238-242 range when it’s all said and done and literally in the same 6’3.5-6’4 height range as well.

I agree with you though for most part. He isn’t a top 15 pick, at least not yet. I don’t think it’s farfetched for him to get there though BUT he’d need to come back and continue his trajectory IMO.

Lightfoot comp would be a guy we went against int he CFP from TX AM Casshius Howell. Unless Lightfoot continues to go bezerk from here on out...he would be better served coming back next year and improving down on some of the technique.

Dont think he is a first rounder type...Howell went apesh*t n went in that 2nd round. Howell had a 20+ sack career. I think Lightfoot could get that with another szn and go top 3 rounds.

Pay him to stay to add weight n be a focal point on our d

What hurt Howell was he was more sawed off than Bain. Had shorter arms and weighed 10 pounds less, plus he got his *** whooped in that playoff game which I’m sure left a bad taste in the NFLs mouth after seeing that. He is completely different body type than Lightfoot so not sure I see that.

Howell went early int he 2nd.

Lightfoot probably got him by 2 inches in height or atleast n inch n half. Howell got up above 250 for the combine n ran 4.6.

Lightfoot with continued tape i think could end up in the top 2 rounds as well. n yes Howell did have short arms forgot he had maybe the shortest ever hit lol Lightfoot doesnt have the first step Howell has...thats something he could work on coming back,e tc.

I stand corrected, that’s a more accurate comp based on size.

Lightfoot’s gonna be a solid 3 inches taller and his arms are gonna measure in like 4 inches longer than Howell. Dude is a t-rex. And completely disappeared against any teams with decent tackles. Like, nonexistent.

UNC was passing on early downs and we should have adjusted by getting Wilson on the field.

Blount has one of the slowest first steps I’ve ever seen. He’s not even trying to get up field, he’s basically just standing up and hand fighting with the tackle
Lmao Wilson did the same **** for like two games straight.

Where is Blount?

I thought Blount looked very good (he'll never be the lightfoot speed rusher type obviously) the first 4-5 games. But agree was AWOL against UNC, couldn't get off blocks in run or pass game.

I do worry…And maybe I'm wrong. Heatherman is getting lost with all these personnel/depth pieces. Get the best guys int he best spots, especially in close games.
