Bold Prediction: Rosier is not playing another down for UM.

Saw it on Richt's face last night. Rosier probably expects it. It will be career suicide to keep Rosier in at this point. I doubt Richt and all his narcissm, pride and all he has achieved be set on fire by a nobody quarterback.

Undertrowing Thomas when he was clearly behind defenders probably says more about Maleak’s arm strength than any practices. Think you right Richt,s face summed it up on this one and several other throws. Kids a gamer, but just can not make some throws.

Nope. It is different now. Guys like Brevin, 5 star talent ballin out and a freshmen, have credibility now. Rosier is a 5th year senior that continues to ****kk up. Richt knows he can't lose the team, fans and alumni because of one player. It is about the team.
 
I agree with this. There’s not much left to play for. I expect to see a new QB at home next week and then I expect Jarren to play some the last 3 games.
 
Spend next 4 games playing Perry. Need a victory to get bowl game. 5 games under Perry will give Richt an indicator to ride with him next year or turn it over to Williams.

Until richt recruits better players including the qb position rosier will continue to see the field. At one point this dude liked Arthur sitkowski for whatever reason. I really have no idea. Thought he was a qb guru but I thin k the game has passed him by. Rich actually seems to have gotten worse as a coach. There are things you can do as a coach to make things easier fop your qb and he just doesn't want to do that it seems.

Who the *** in is the booth?
 
need a massive overhaul with O staff period. i would keep Dugans, maybe Brown
hire an OC Briles hopefully.....also S&C overhaul we as usual got our but kicked on both sides of LOS

I think Perry's learned whatever lesson CMR was trying to teach him.

I will never understand why he was pulled because I have since some of the best QBs throw two horrible interceptions and recovered.

Have an open QB competition next year but the thought of seeing another game with Rosier at the helm depresses me and I'm sure the team

I agree but can you honestly say he'll do that? He was cussing last year about Malweak, yet here we are

Yes. I do. Richt knows he is on the cusp of losing the base. Once you lose them, it will be only a matter of time before it is all over.
 
For as stubborn as Richt is I'm holding out hope Rosier doesn't start another game here. Rosier's been completely figured out and does nothing to increase our chances of winning over Perry/Williams.

If he does start again though it'll just be a new unthinkable low in a season filled to the brim with them.

IDK, I may be in the minority but I just don't see Perry being the guy going forward. It's not just his immaturity or the fact he has no regard/respect for the position off the field. He just doesn't have the football IQ. He has been here 17 months - come on. It's not the playbook. It's the other stuff - reading the defense, etc. I just don't believe he will get that much better. I want to see what is up with Williams. Who cares about the red shirt if he steps up. three years is a long time.

I really think if we had a QB committed we would have seen JW before this. And yes, I place 75% of the blame for MJJ on the staff - CMR and Jon. I also think the kid led them on for months. They should have been more proactive immediately after his first visit in March or April - the kid barely showed any enthusiasm then. I believe they will find someone to come in next season - we have to let that play out...

Williams is the only answer at this point. If UVA left Perry completely guessing out there and blindly tossing the ball to wherever -- he doesn't deserve to start until he proves he's serious about this in the offseason.

We're heading in to week 10, any coach worth a **** would have Williams able to at least manage a game.
