Electric Juice

Lol….

I liked this kid, thought he was gonna be a stud. And I agree with a couple guys in here I woulda liked to see us been able to better utilize Brassard Smith, Chris Johnson, etc...

But that insta post above is highly exaggerated, and in all honesty myself and others may just have overrated him. In 9 games he has 18 catches on the year for 10 yards a pop in the Sun Belt. And 7 carries for 31 yards…He is their starting slot I assume? Basically every "electric" play he's made this season was on that instagram post.

He's basically Ray Ray Joseph and would be sitting behind Malachi Toney as well…. Would have liked to see him get a chance in the return game though (note he isn't the return man at Coastal either)…He was housing kicks all over that junior and senior tape in Dade.

I concur. The collection of individual dudes is largely overrated (by us and the staff at recruiting ranking time), but when we also struggle on offense it causes us to ask, why can't we utilize some of the perceived speed we have... like Smith, we clearly missed on how to use him, while others - we missed the evals.

Oh I hear ya...

In the case of Smith I believe a few reputable posters told us he refused to moved to RB when the coaches wanted him to though? Then he goes to SMU and rushes for 1300-1400 yards, whatever it was lol. I think it's a fair point, but maybe a mixed bag…Toney is a 4.4 kid and he seems to be doing just fine. Now he is more of a natural receiver obviously and a future NFLer if he stays healthy but they are using him in a bunch of ways. .

But yeah the main example is B.Smith.

And then we get into the Greentree rumor mill of "he can't block" and that argument amongst the experts. Part of great coaching is getting players in the positions they excel in.

I just want to ******* see Bobby play, idgaf about Robby… is Bobby healthy yet?

I’m tired of seeing Toure getting destroyed in pass game and Wes constantly missing tackles, and Smith looking like robocop…

I want to see Wiley and Bobby…

I want to see more of the avatar chick

It's crazy to me how ineffective we are at integrating speed into offense. Can't name a single player we've signed with speed that has been utilized. These guys are wasting their time at Miami. Sub 4.5 = go somewhere else.
Bro this is so true. I had to really think about this for a minute and you’re spot on.

If it came out what happened to them here, Mario could be fired with cause. Robby received a nice severance check in the off-season. Bobby got paid too but stayed because our LB depth sucks.

So Mario would get “fired with cause” because he pushed out a player who is now a gadget rotational piece at *checks notes* Coastal Carolina.

Bobby stayed because he “got paid to provide depth” and not because he would have had absolutely zero suitors in the transfer portal after having to undergo leg surgery.

Got it.

Posters lie. The open market does not.
