We need a coach who can run an agressive defense AND recruit at a much higher level than manny and RELATE to the kids down in south Florida so if they ain’t that I’ll have to pass. Manny showed that even with an elite defense that ain’t enough to entice some of the kids to come to Miami...
 
Would be all for it. He has had some up and downs, just like Manny did prior to coming here but his defense this past season was VERY impressive. I think we could def do alot worse. How much are they paying him though?
 
Need to pay him over a mil to get him here. Made 1.2 at Tennessee.
 
Yea on board with this guy. One guy I'm not on board with is Matt House. His name has appeared somewhat in articles and I don't like that possibility at all.

i've read that they had a connection together in the past coaching as coordinators! Correct me if I'm wrong!! But you can't be so hard on us for not wanting anymore of Richts bros and family on board!! Just about none of his past connection working with him now is working out especially if he feels he can't apply pressure or fire them!!
