Who tf wouldn’t want to coach in the city Miami in the middle of the best recruiting grounds in the country ?

My concern with Campbell is if he would be a fit for the culture of SoFla. Dude is from my neck of the woods in NE Ohio, played at D-III Mount Union, and has spent his entire playing and coaching career in the Midwest. Could he handle recruiting SoFla? Thats a big question I don't really want to be answered on the job.

Bruce Arians

Brilliant offensive mind. Master motivator. Swagger for days. NFL experience. Would be a great collwge coach. Currently commentating. Pipe dream but I want our administration to start swinging for the fences.
 
Like Matt Campbell, but his buyout is around $6-$7M after the contract extension he just got. Neal Brown would be a good fit and not very expensive, so would free up lots for assistants. Only problem with these relatively unknown coaches is their ability to attract top-level assistants. Babers would be fantastic as a hire.

We can’t compete with an NFL team, if they are really looking at Campbell. But a coach that wants to realistically play for conference championships with a shot at the playoffs, is not going to prioritize Iowa State over Miami. If he doesn’t want to win it all, then he’s not the coach we need.

Hire Chad Morris. Get the architect of the Clemson O, without the 1st time HC transition.
