I heard Coach L blame fans the other day. That is how Al's cancer has spread. If you want fans in house let us bring our signs - that will fill up the house. Football built Miami into a major university with one of greatest brands in sports history. Without football, basketball will die again. Donna, came, she saw, she destroyed.

Football built THE U. It is sports mommy at Miami. Donna is killing it. Without mommy, all other sports can expect to die. Just think a little down the road, why would ACC want to keep us with bottom dwelling football team. They brought us in to carry half the conference in football and bring NCs not play upset basketball against tobacco road schools. They will Temple us before long if this keeps up.

Let's admit it. The Former U is a financial parasite of the ACC. The Troll's plan to live on the ACC teat will not stand for long.

Yeah I'm sure the ACC is gearing up to toss Miami out of the conference. Makes tons of sense.
 
If the fan turnout had any impact on the outcome of the games than how does Nebraska ever lose in football and how does Duke ever lose in basketball? GTFOH blaming fans for anything short of throwing things onto the field or brawling in the stands.

The way the football team impacts the basketball team is the overall fan fatigue of rooting for programs that are always just shy of being anything or doing anything, and laying down games we should win. Some fans might just prefer to have 'movie night' or go out and do something than waste their time, money, and energy on the same ol' BS.

As an Atlanta native, I can tell you I feel that way about all the pro teams here. I might go to a few games, but certainly wont break the bank or my back just to watch the Atlanta teams go out in the First Round again.....and again.....and again...

Same problem prevails in New York! It's hard to watch a local favorite struggle and lose all the time.
We choose our teams local or otherwise and invest our emotions on their performance and constant losing strips that emotion away until you have to turn away for the sake of your well being.
UM is losing it's loyal fans and only fielding a good product is going to bring them back.

Large truck would do the deed too quickly....they deserve to suffer for a decade or so, you know, the way we have.
