Always a cane to me. So many players have God's gift to put on for Miami. Can't hate. Hoping his fresh start allows him to flourish elsewhere. He's got that legendary last name too.

Blades bleeds O&G. Great kid. He seemed like he was hitting his stride when he got hosed by long Covid. Wish him nothin but the best.

this actually doesnt make too much sense....If i were him i would of stayed and moved back to corner. We literally have none with a locked up position at all...safeties have to tackle and hes not that good of a tackle but could be a solid press corner somewhere.

Come on. Going to bring that **** here. He was diagnosed with myocarditis in December 2020 before the vaccine was out.
Some still don’t understand simple science that many virAl infections like flu, adenovirus (otherwise known as the common cold), herpes, hepatitis, covid, etc as well as bacterial infections can all cause myocarditis. Same thing with autoimmune disorders. People get it and don’t ever know bc it’s not tested for and isn‘t usually a problem unless you exert yourself with intense exercise. Estimates are 1-2 million people a year with more cases found recently bc they started tested.…same reason Journey Brown‘s heart issue was found (non covid related) and lead to his medical retirement.

Back to the topic at hand - I always said Blades should have stayed at corner. He was much better in man coverage than safety and his tackling was his worst trait, which made the move to safety even more baffling. Being Cane royalty by blood, I wish it would have worked out differently……I wish him the best.
