If you are Mario, would you bring him on the staff as analyst/recruiter for year or two when he gets fired?
Absolutely. If they have a good working relationship, it seems like a no-brainer. Billy can recruit. If you are Mario, would you bring him on the staff as analyst/recruiter for year or two when he gets fired?

Never stop Saban from stacking quality football personnel. I could care less either way, but thought it would interesting. The one redeeming trait about Billy is he can recruit. Take off the orange and green shades, Florida didn’t lack talent.what value could he possibly bring? Beard is doing excellent with the WR's. Dawson is an infinitely better play caller, and we already recruit better than him
Saban brought on a ton of failed HC's but most were considered at the time to be elite play callers (sark, O'Brien, kiffin, etc.)Never stop Saban from stacking quality football personnel. How about “This is what Miami does to rival coaches”Only if he has zero actual coaching duties, his title is "Example Corch," and he is required to wear a t-shirt that says, "This is what will happen to your career if you mess with the U."
