Big Ten hit by COVID too

The CFP will not punish Ohio State for this. They'll put them at #4 at the end of the year and leave Oregon out and use the "eye test" criteria. Will be BS.

what a bunch of horse****. *OSU wins the NC going 5-0???

don't laugh, given how retarded the NCAA is, it could happen.

(actually, calling NCAA retarded is insult to the capacity of the mentally disabled, a committee of which could outthink the entire building of imbeciles in Indianapolis)

Just cancel the playoffs. Let teams play out their remaining schedules but don't compromise the integrity of the whole thing by having some ****amamie tournament at the end with a bunch of teams who didn't earn it.

Why? Only school from Big 10 that'll be in contention for the playoff is Ohio State. Having the ACC and SEC put forth Notre Dame, Bama, Clemson and a 4th school is just fine as it is.

If Miami can’t squeak in, I would rather any 4 of the following: Oregon, OSU, 2 SEC schools and Clemson …

but …

It will happen. Ohio State probably only needs to play 4 or 5 games as long as one of those is the Big 10 championship and they'll be in CFP.

Oregon might not have a gripe by the time it is all said and done because they might not play enough games either. PAC cancelled games in their first week. They miss one game and they could be out. That is what the Big and Pac get for being pvssies and starting too late.

There will likely be a ton of games cancelled over the next 2 months, both of those conferences are poorly positioned for CFP but I still think a Big 10 team will somehow sneak in.

You are probably right but I hope not. I do not think it is fair that a team that plays 5 or 6 games can sneak into the playoffs when other teams had to play 10-12. No one forced those conferences to delay their start, they chose to do it, and it was an idiotic move. They will need to sleep in the bed that they made.

So, just like most of Division 1 NCAA football history, a lot of eyetest and "I think this team is better than this one". Honestly everything pre 1980's was decided by voters who didn't even watch all the teams play.

So this years bullshvt is going to fit right in.

Prove it.

Stop watching the games and stop posting on the site.

That goes for anyone who thinks this season is meaningless.

Exhibition season boys...

Who gets to the NC is more influenced by Covid rates than rankings...

ie. meaningless season for crowing champions.

But hey exhibitions means more experience for the 2nd/3rd string.

Big ***** set up impossible standards. They keep guys out 21 days, and they have no bye weeks because they started so late. There's almost no way they play a season.
Big 10 presidents wanted the season to fail so the can be crowned the Wokest!

Maybe we need to look in the bubble factor. NBA perfect example. I know it COLLEGE FOOTBALL. Who knows what to do.
