Hes not defending manny people. Hes saying your donations go to far more than manny and his situation. Donations arent dispersed that way. Me personally I wont help out or give a cent to this university that I love until this is fixed. I agree the e is important. However it's our administration that has caused this situation with their constant **** choices. With that in mind the only way they learn is if the school has to bite the bullet as a whole.

Sam Jankovich probably would have done that. He was dead set against hiring a first-time head coach. That's why he didn't elevate Tom Olivadotti or Gary Stevens when various HC openings came up. He went outside for Jimmy Johnson and later Dennis Erickson.

Manny's hiring made some sense since he was South Florida kid and knew our community's, and hopefully, the football program's historic culture. There was probably the naive hope he could bring back our glory years. Some guys like Dennis, were from the Pacific NW, and South Florida was alien to them. And South Florida might have seen them as aliens.
