the acc is a low tier p5 conference. it was the worst football p5 conference in the sport this year and it really wasnt close. hoepfully it just becomes a hoops conference and moves on and we can find a new football home.If those teams did reach out as we are hearing then the FSU snub has far reaching effects. The ACC just needs to die and go away. between the SEC, B10 and Big 12, there is room for the bigger brands with the few left going to lower conferences, AAC, Conference USA, etc...

agreed.FSU doesn’t go undefeated in the B10, B12, PAC-10, or SEC. The ACC “TEAMS” are the reason FSU is left out and the ONLY reason FSU went undefeated in the first place.
Big 12 was way worse.the acc is a low tier p5 conference. it was the worst football p5 conference in the sport this year and it really wasnt close. hoepfully it just becomes a hoops conference and moves on and we can find a new football home.
How the **** do the Big 10 and Big 12 get so much respect? They are garbage.FSU doesn’t go undefeated in the B10, B12, PAC-10, or SEC. The ACC “TEAMS” are the reason FSU is left out and the ONLY reason FSU went undefeated in the first place.
Don't let facts get in your way.......the acc is a low tier p5 conference. it was the worst football p5 conference in the sport this year and it really wasnt close. hoepfully it just becomes a hoops conference and moves on and we can find a new football home.
is that why the big 12 has undefeated teams every year and always makes the playoff / wins the title?FSU doesn’t go undefeated in the B10, B12, PAC-10, or SEC. The ACC “TEAMS” are the reason FSU is left out and the ONLY reason FSU went undefeated in the first place.
Considering the new format is each P5 champion plus the highest G5 team (followed by the next 6 best teams), yes. The BIG 12 winner is automatically in, and a one or two-loss runner-up would have a shot at an 11 or 12 seed.Does anyone think a Big 12 team not named Texas or Oklahoma is getting in the CFP?
I should have been more clear. I was talking about this year and the FSU kerfuffle.Considering the new format is each P5 champion plus the highest G5 team (followed by the next 6 best teams), yes.
Although they’re likely to adjust due to the demise of the PAC-12.
Thanks., I had to get a muhfucca told just yesterday about this ****. People think the ACC stinks, but what they don't realize, is that the conference is pretty tough. It's just sooo competitive. We don't have a UGA, ALA, and LSU,.... multiple schools, at the top, that beat up on errybody else in conference. The only team we've had that was thought of as being pretty good in the past 10 years, out of the ACC, would be Clemson. The "Problem" with the ACC is that week to week, anybody can get beat, by anybody else. So from the outside looking in, it makes it look like our top teams are garbage. "Man, y'all let GTech beat y'all? And y'all the same team that beat aTm?" The truth is, that our mid level teams, and bottom dwellers teams, are pretty **** solid.Big 12 was way worse.
ACC had a winning record against SEC and Big 10. You’re stuck in a different year.
Agree, but this is an anomaly and isn't a trend, at least not yetDon't let facts get in your way.......
The ACC held a record of 6-4 against the SEC in interconference play during the 2023 regular season. That advantage included a 2-0 mark posted by Florida State, which won its games against LSU and Florida during its 13-0 season. It was 4 and 3 against the Big 10 and the only power five conference with a winning record against the other four big conferences..................
