I think our colors would be great with a grey uni if done right.
Nike did a grey a while back IIRC
Tenn greys are sharp
It SEEMS like a great idea. But it never happens for us. I actually do like Grey. Could be nice. But our primary colors Orange, Green, and White, always get mangled when we introduce a new one.

I think its possible. Love to see it. But I've yet to. And you know it when you see it on the field. Its actually a hard thing bc screen view and field view is different. Adidas was living in screen view and failing in field view. It is different

Tennessee actually did the best Grey color introduction I've seen

/so imo don't **** with the helmet always and keeping it simple keeps it right

Wait till we switch to Nike they will figure it out

I hope so man

Critically thinking. We have 3 primary colors. Orange, Green, and White

Whenever we introduce a 4th it gets tough. Like I said earlier, I could see how a graphics designer adds a fourth and think its hot. But it just looks off when it hits the field and you get a picture of our quarterback scrambling. Tough to add a fourth and be CLEAN. Clean is what separates it.

The team I mentioned earlier Tennessee that added Grey and sometimes black only have 2 primary colors.

But adding a fourth even when we go Miami Nites, It always looks a bit like a second league kinda design.

Not saying it cant be done but even when it looks clean it doesn't look LIKE US. It doesn't look like The University of Miami. I keep my mind open but I think the success of adding an outside color is probably contained to teams with only two primary.

Oregon does it but they dont give a **** about a UNIFORM. They have no history. And for awhile (If you remember, you remember)they honestly were known nationally for just creating wild *** uniforms more than winning football. They've changed that perception since that time for sure.

Let's see if Nike creates a clean uni with an alternate look. Me thinks if they do it, they probably break my number one rule, which is dont **** with the helmet
