This is a great question. I picked the Bandy Pick 6. But, the Langham touchdown was one of the funnier days of my life. I was tailgating the Michigan-MSU night game that day. I was watching the Miami game on a TV set up on the golf course across the street from the big house.

Needless to say, I had a great day. Right after the game ended I blacked out. My girlfriend had taken most of my Miami gear by that time because I was talking too much **** to everybody. I have some pretty funny pictures but the site isn't letting me upload them because the files are too large... ****

1. FSU- Langham I couldn't take another year of being clowned by FSU coworkers

2. Duke- at the time I thought it would be the beginning of The U part 3. Not so much

3. Bandy- ND was already shook, but that broke them

4. FSU Perry- happy at the end but I wanted to throw up for 3/4 of the game.

5. Golden- relieved he was gone but I had a terrible feeling Miami would f#ck up the next hire. Fully expected Miami would hire Schiano. Ended up with another coach who'd been fired for lack of success despite having unlimited resources. Richt was a good guy but average HC, that was basically UGA's feeling as well.

Bandy's pick 6 since it was a worry free moment of pure jubilation. I knew the Domers were toast then. EAD Domers! Langham's play gave me anxiety for like 10 mins (review) and after I ruined a $500 watch by jumping in the pool. Thanks a lot, Darrell.

Richt's unexpected retirement belongs on this list. We knew Golden was gone.. We couldn't afford to fire CMR & I thought we were stuck with an uninspired Dead Man Walking HC for at least two more seasons.
Re: Mork retirement, I kinda wanna add it myself, but then have sycotic brain melt when I think about who we hired and it ruins the whole damm thing

Bomb, IN MY OPINION, when we passed on BD 3 x it told me this admin or whoever, just does not want to win big in football. What other proof do we need

You know what was funny about that ND game....Miami could have hung 60-70 points if they wanted to but Richt was too nice.

I considered that before posting it. At worse, I think Diaz brought much needed energy back to the program. I also think we will be quicker to fire him than Richt (Cane) if it doesn't work out. Still botched the whole process but that's another story.

Bandy’s pick 6 then Langham’s catch at FSU. I didn’t think Miami was going to pull that out at FSU once Knowles gave up the late td.

I did...my wife asked me was Richt gonna kick the FG to tie it, I said nahhhhh, Richt's going for the win, and that's exactly what He did.

Oh yea I had a feeling he was going to go for the win as well. I don't think I mentioned this here but if you or anyone else could help me out with it.

So if Langham was ruled down at the 1, Miami got a 15 yard unsportmanlike conduct penalty because the bench emptied onto the field after the TD. The ball would come back out to the 16 and Miami would still have 1 timeout with under 10 seconds or whatever time was left right?

That streak against FSU was gut wrenching, we blew the lead so many times. I really don't think I could have taken another one. Bandy against ND was absolutely spectacular and sent the Irish to the doors, but I had no question we were going to pound them. The parking lot had that old school smell of beer, ****, Caja-Chinas and weed. You can't beat UM when the crowd is that prepared.

IDK...I would assume they would assess the penalty on the XPA?...or maybe the kickoff?

The Langham TD vs FSU to stop the streak is easily the most memorable play in the last five years. That Bandy pick 6 was great, but Miami was rolling 20-0 when that happened and the Defense had ND's offense completely under wraps.

I agree to all that, I think this will be it for manwell if he dont win 7 or 8 this year. I also suscribe to "we are the right coach away" from being back, as always. For us old guys, say over 50, this is just almost unbearable. Its not So much the losing as much as the fact we could be up there easily w the right guy, been proven over and over, just such a waste. Had we hired bd instead of al freaking golden we'd be battling Bama for 305 boys and gettin most of em, along w a ton of linemen from wherever the **** he gets em I never could figure that out lol

I was at the ND game, incredible atmosphere. We were getting attention after beating FSU and VT, but a lot of people still weren't sold on us until after we curb stomped the Domers. Gameday on campus, Hard Rock was thumping, and then we kicked them in the ****** mouth.

Fools gold in hindsight, but cot **** if it wasn't fun while it lasted.
