The bleeding is NOT going to stop -

Manny's presence will NOT improve our games.

Never put off tomorrow what must be done today.

Let's avoid the end-of-season rush with other coaches being fired - and having to select among really crappy choices.

We can Manny, hire a firm to do evaluations - present the choices - and UM can have time to make a wise (for dumbasses) choice.

IF the UM Football Program makes in excess of $50,000,000 per year - USE THAT money to shore up Miami Football!

If the UM Tiddly Winks team doesn't get funded - tuff tiddy!

The way I look at it is what is the benefit of keeping him on until UNC or beyond? Can anyone give one benefit to keeping him on?

There shouldn’t be any hesitation!

Edit: I hate rooting against my team. I can root for them to win the earlier Manny is gone.

The last alpha male that coached our squad was Butch Davis (we got Richt past his prime). I’m ok with firing Manny now so long as the current AD has no say on the replacement hire. He can’t stand alpha males.
 
Benefit: not having to look at him on the sideline with a blank stare on his face.

Secondary beneift: Maybe i'll start watching games again. I can't with him there.

Blake will get fired for cause at the end of the season. He'll be given time to look for another job.

Jenn Strawley will be promoted to AD because Feminism and Woke.

No one of any consequence will come here and coach in that environment, including Mario so well be back here in three years>
