There's also expected to be a new graduate assistant. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, Dallas Crawford is exploring his options and not expected to be back. He's likely looking for a full-time position somewhere. One name that is believed to be a candidate to fill Crawford's spot on staff is former Carol City head coach Benedick Hyppolitte, who is currently the offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach at Florida Memorial. He led the Chiefs to a 19-8 mark in two seasons.

Hyppolitte was one of the more talented young offensive coaches in South Florida. Good pickup by the Canes. Hyppolitte should help with recruiting and relationships with local coaches and recruits

i think UM expects him to land somewhere and they made the move in advance? maybe hes in talks w a couple schools who knows

No he looking for a job, but once you get your master's degree you can't be a GA anymore i believe. That is the point of the position, learn coaching profession while also obtaining your masters

The coaches convention is was a couple weekends ago. that is normally where people are doing their politicking for a job and hitting up all their contacts and resources for a gig. I know people are always on this yes man and ish like that, but coaching is not unlike any other profession. It's all about your contacts, who you know, and who will vouch for you.
