Benching players?

At what point do we just bench dudes? I mean you can only crap the bed for so long before your probably better off trying someone else right? Heck? I'd try Stan dobard at tackle if i had to. Maybe when these dudes like carter watch a few games from the sidelines he might realize that if he doesn't make plays then he doesn't play. I am all in on replacing Jamal with Jaquan.
Offensively the whole OL is just terrible. I'm looking for the dude that was telling me Isadora would've started on the 01 team! Hah! Sherko could come in here tomorrow and take his lunch! I've never seen a worse group of softies! I'm ready to stick someone on the bench for sucking.

I would also like to see a bit of fire out of Richt. Frigging guy looks like he has downs overs there staring at his sheet trying to figure out what play to call.

I am actually happy to have seen some fight. But there are some serious changes needed.
