With what quarterback??? Lol they will 6 games max

Plus they only have 6 offensive lineman on scholarship who r healthy. Going to be a long season for the turds

Honestly.... who cares? This might come off as insensitive to other people. Everyone knows I am not that high on Victor and I have said it for numerous months even when he had the Canes high on his list. I prefer others before him.

I don't see the big fuss about him at all.

I've seen him live before and again just this past Sunday. We're not missing out on a can't miss player.

He has nice height but he has to hit the weight room big time. He's about 160's right now. Super rail thin. Shaky hands. I have yet to see aggression in his game. Not a great route runner. He does have good leaping ability. He's not blazing fast. He runs like 4.74 laser time and this is not throwing in the fact if he's even able to keep or add more speed when he does add mass.

I don't see this elite prospect some people have made him out to be. He's a camp kid, when the BIG games are on. He disappears. This is not coming only from me. Other people on this very site who have seen him have said the same.

The guy who was making plays for Coconut Creek was Malek Young at the SoFlo Shootout. He's underrated. The best WR on that team was Emmanuel Greene until he left to IMG.

I'm not saying Victor is a bad prospect, I think he is good but I don't see why people are trying to tab a 6'4" 160 WR who runs a 4.74 as elite. That is not elite. He IS NOT the best WR in the state. The Randy Moss comparisons have to stop too. Moss was way faster and explosive than Victor. Victor is overrated. You have to see it in person to know what I am talking about.

Victor is not an elite Big WR. An elite big bodied WR is Darnell Salomon who is 6'3" 205 and clocks a legit 4.5 in the forty and is physical, runs good routes, can block, total package.

EDIT: Salomon actually runs 4.6 laser time

Darnell Solomon is a major headcase (incidents with SFE and at UGA) and only runs a 4.64 according to ESPN. I think Victor is a great prospect and will shine once he adds more weight. Solomon is the better of the two right now IMO but he is a headcase and not even seriously considering us. I've seen Solomon live too and he has had shaky hands dropping a couple passes against pedestrian Archbishop McCarthy corners.

Give me Pie or Snelson or both if we are looking to add more.

I'm fine with just taking the 3 (4) we have if those two don't decide to come. Cause 2017 is another great year.

I love Pie's ability on both sides of the ball and Snelson is a great deep threat receiver with some physicality and mass.

I like Rollins a lot but idk what happened. When I was at UM. He was offered but then it came out after that he wasn't a few days later. IDK what the deal is.

Pinder we all know staff cooled due to grades. Someone mentioned here a lot of kids grades dipped at the Ridge during the coaching change.

I've given up hope on staff going after Newbold. He played good at the Shootout. He will blow up at a smaller school if teams sleep on him cause of his size. We do have Bruce so I am not angry if we don't get Newbold even though I like him a lot.

I do have my doubts about Reginald Henderson qualifying. It has come out through three people though that he is a top 10 WR in the state.

The SB nation guy tabbed him as 8th in the state in a recent top 10 before Henderson even committed, even though I didn't agree with his whole list as he left off Pie and Richards and had Victor too high and Bruce too low.(Mullins and Snelson were on the sb nation top 10 list) Fishbein said Henderson is top 2 or 3 in the state and said he hasn't seen anyone like Henderson since AJ Green and Julio Jones. And Blustein said about Henderson along the lines of "Beast, he is dominant and a great get"

Do I agree with taking Henderson right now? I'm 50/50 on it cause the loyalty can pay off in the end but I am not getting my hopes up on him qualifying yet. I'm thinking he might end up in prep.

True on his issues and you are correct, I thought it was 4.54 but he ran 4.64 at combine. I've come away impressed with Salomon when I have seen him in the past though. I see a 5 star in him which sites have rewarded him with.

Salomon has that size ready. He's built to go already. He has shown he can keep speed with size.

My biggest question on Victor is whether or not he will be able to handle the weight gain. He's not blazing fast right now. I know with gains in the weight room and training you can improve but how much can he? 'Cause sometimes there is a drawback to adding mass cause you lose speed at times as well. He's too much finesse for me. I like finesse in a big WR but not as their whole game. I mean its a big jump to go from 160's to an ideal 190 for Victor. That's my issue and the fact I have seen him disappear when the spotlight is really on against top opponents.

Don't get me wrong Kyle. I think Victor a good prospect but too many questions for me. I just don't see elite.
