I watched the interviews the herald did and the main thing i heard was honesty. Most of these kids grow up being tugged and pulled do you think the staff is really keeping it real? We all know its not really the head coach you build relationships with so are we being honest?

To be honest, elite talent wants to be coached by elite coaches. To be honest our staff is garbage in comparison. We have a 4 year sample size to evaluate these coaches. If we see it the people helping these kids can see it. We have a low quality of coaches. Period.
