Behind Enemy Lines: UF scrimmage notes

sooo their defense, specifically their secondary aka their all stars got LIT up

hmmm gaytor logic would suggest they have the greatest offense of all time then.

I mean you got future hall of famers at corners so..

From a Gator I respect, their DEs are the strength of the team, their starting CBs are NFL caliber but aren’t 100% reliable with their assignments. Safety is where they’re weakest.

If Garvin and Rousseau are unstoppable in our scrimmages, we can expect the same from UF’s DEs. That’s the key to the game, because they’re going to be attacking just like we will be. We need to have enough time to throw the ball, so we can exploit that safety weakness.

scheme. scheme. scheme. Enos on the clock

Man.... I'm lookin at this depth chart and I dont see **** on it.

The only position they can chirp about is CB. Marinate on this though. Would you want to swap Bandy and Blades for Henderson and Wilson? I don't care what the douchebags in the media think. I'll take our guys, who we know are some savages, over those prissy ***** *** diva CBs any day.

That depth chart doesn't include their freshmen DB's. I think they have three.

You wouldn't like my answer to your question so I'll say this, our players are great but there are always better players.

Wilson coming off acl and even on field production has not shown he’s better than Trajan bandy And isn’t nearly as accomplished as him on the field. Henderson has elite ability but he has question with his physicality at the position. They have the edge at starting cb duos but i wouldn’t trade bandy for Marco Wilson.

Didn't say that Wilson was as accomplished as Bandy. I didn't even answer the question lol.

What I gather from this the O seemed to be scoring a lot and everyone had a good day and the D blows donkey ***?
This^ I would be real concerned if I heard the Offense was trouncing the defense in the first scrimmage. Offense generally takes longer to get there act together than the defense does. Let’s remember that while they might have some talent on offense they are certainly not Clemson or Bama and should let be blowing out the defense.

Trask has always been a better passer than Franks, but designed qb runs are a big part of Mullens offense. When they were getting beat down by Mizzou last year and were forced to rely on the pass, Mullens pulled Franks and went with Trask.
