He really couldn’t have. TVD wouldn’t stay unless you paid him big. You are then going to pay another QB big to compete with TVD? And that guy knows he has a good chance of not even starting? Mario would have had to choose one or the other and a school like bama couldn’t get anyone themselves. Hopefully this offseason is the year.

The move that needs to be made is moving on from TVD. He made a mistake not bringing anyone in to push him, now he needs to ask him to leave.

I'm complaining because the administration voluntarily threw away the best program in college football.

The only way the program recovers is if they land a stud at qb who can electrify the program

This is true too but I don’t think he’s been able to get anyone because of his reputation. Maybe now some will see otherwise with Dawson.

Yup we’re moving in the right direction. Everyone thought it was gonna be like turning on a light switch. I can see the progress we are in year 2 of a 3-4 year rebuild. I mean look at how good Oregon looks. It’s not lanning. Mario recruited Neary that entire team

what? we've literally beat up mostly sisters of the poor this year and have struggled in 2 of our 3 of our p5 games. our offense looks bad in both of those esp as more film is out there. Oregon changed nearly everything when Mario left. Planning cleaned house and has hired two diff OCs brought in a new QB bc Marios trash sucked and completely new skill talent.

They are completely fried. I’m not even some guru and I know wtf is going on. Bruh this is the team I expected cause of TVD. Our DTs are weak and I said earlier in the year unc will run up that midddle. I’m glad the coaches know it but they need to get a stud there. They landed a phenom in Bain. Most the fans remind me of my older brother they just don’t know wtf they are watching. They don’t know why things are happening etc.

there is no way you guys can defend Mario and his coaching after the last 18 games. there is really nothing positive about it any of those 18 games other than ATM which was also mistake filled (goes back to coaching).

Nah he’s not some x and o guru. He has to luck his way with talent I knew that when they hired him. But he has to fix CB DT and he needs a dynamic qb. If he fails this cycle he will fail at UM

I can’t argue this because it’s true. If he doesn’t fix DT UNc will always beat us and other teams. All you have to do is run up the middle no one’s physical there. That’s why we desperate on the trail and I’m surprised we getting cooked on the trail in certain spots. We brought this dude to lock this sh up in state and OOS. This class will tell all of us if he retains his job or he won’t be here as long as that contract says. Sucks man cause after this dude I have no hope for UM football and I’ll hang it up.

He better pay all those high school dts his salary because if he doesn’t get any he’s in deep sh. Blount ain’t ready and bama cast aways ain’t the answer. You need a Bain type at DT while Bains a sophomore. Can’t be having Bain leave and not partnering him up with some beast along side him.

Lightfoot looks physical asf but he’s an end. We need a violent **** at DT and you want a DL to age and grow together. Hopefully they get this roster management sh right. If he has to settle that will f up the balance big time.

Need a center next class asap and we need to add beast guards for depth.

Couldn’t agree more

Our offense has been good but we’re definitely missing that dynamic type of speed in those guys. Get them in the game and give them a few jet sweeps, wr screens, deep balls to at least get the defense thinking about it. When you essentially don’t even have to cover the tight end since we’ve shown nothing with them that gives the defense something less to think about.

The insistence on the 3/4/7 personnel group all game long is puzzling. The reluctance to get 0/5 on the field is baffling. Case in point - screens to Horton and young. With those guys, nice gainers. With Ray Ray and smith, those are TDs

Defense gave up at the end. Mental toughness for the defense and everyone else watching got broken by TVD’s performance. This is the time to make the best decision for the team and sit him down !!

This is the perfect example of the difference between our team and theirs.

Their LB makes a pretty hard INT and our safety knocks down the ball instead of the INT.

We just don't make the plays that are there to be made.
