I’m not going to judge until I see his Pitt performance. Pitt has a good defense unlike Stanford, Cuse, and NCSt. VT isn’t a ton better.

He seems to be gaining some timing and his deep throws on Saturday were much more consistent minus the Toney over throw.

He reads defenses slow, very slow. And teams have been rotating coverages at the last minute for weeks now.

Carlson Beck and TVD were lightning defenses up that played Man to man defense, as soon as defensive coordinators figured out they couldn’t beat zones coverages then the house of cards came falling down for both

both have brains the size of peanuts. no wonder Carson listed Gekko as his favorite miami restaurant. all hype no substance

This all day ^^^

He either sees it at the end of his drop and makes a pass in rhythm, or he holds onto the ball and looks like Rob Johnson - waiting for someone to destroy him from his blindside.

He throws a pretty ball and has nice touch...it would seem like he has more velocity in his arm, but anything over 25 yards seems to hang in the air/sail on him.

My 2 cents: I think his poor body language (slouched shoulders after an incompletion or failed 3rd down conversion) and apparent lack of confidence will never survive an NFL locker room. HE came in like a lion as far as leadership goes, at least that's how it was described to us (hard worker, guys liked getting extra reps in with him). His body language, inability to trust what he sees, and some of his comments are all red flags.

Somebody probably takes him in the 4th or 5th round because there's always someone out there that thinks they can fix a guy like him. Good luck with that.
