Beck used to throw it to Bowers all the time, but....our TE's???

BTW, I don't mean to be Debbie Downer and I'm happy we won (although we suck coming out of a bye usually), but Beck was very successful throwing it to TE's at UGA and he just doesn't do a lot of that with us. It makes no sense, because if we actively and regularly threw to our TE's, it would loosen up the run game and the medium to long range passing game.

He loved throwing to Bowers, why not Lofton???

I’m not going to absolve Beck of anything, but the TEs he’s playing with are not showing anything dynamic. He threw the ball out to Lofton in a one on one situation, and Lofton looked like he had those trainer ankle weights on. I was shocked. Showed zero juice on that play.

dawson has never used the tes.

Last year with arroyo he was even missused alt of it was cam...or throwing bubble screens to the te.

Add to it the starting 2 tes arent that athletic.

tes pretty much are dump offs , check downs, and blockers in the offense.
