No that's dumb they have nothing to do with coaching or player development. Baez and Darrow are recruiters and are the ones responsible for a lot of the recruiting success we have had lately.

Coaches are fixed, you are limited in what you can hire so cleaning house makes sense to a degree. With positions like Baez and Darrow, you can have as many as you want. No reason to get rid of guys doing a good job.

you need to have a laison with with the s fla guys and Beaz is the perfect guy, he is not a coaching position and would help the incoming coaches a lot to settle in.
