So they would have been better at Miami instead of Arkansas? In what way exactly? They were able to compete in the toughest division in the best conference in college football. Miami didn't offer them anything better than that football-wise.

You're an SEC honk, so you'll keep repeating the SEC party line. But UM players traditionally get picked higher than they should. There's a pro-UM bias in the NFL whether there should be or not. If Phil Dorsett went to Arkansas he's a 4th rounder tops.

How come that didn't work out well for Miami this year? Why didn't the magical UM logo get kids bumped up? Dorset was drafted because of his combine numbers more so than where he played. The days of getting drafted because of the jersey you wear are over. They take more kids from the SEC because they are better and have performed against the best competition.

jeff driskel got drafted

Driskel actually looked pretty good the few times I watched him play at LaTech.
He got some good coaching there.
His OC/QB coach was Tony Petersen, who also did wonder the prior year with a
transfer from Iowa who had been buried in the Hawkeye depth-chart.
Peterson also worked at Marshall, I believed he coached Rakheem Cato for 1-2 years and
he just moved to East Carolina.
Solid coach.

BTW Handlers? Al didn't want Kirkland and BTW has sent most of their players to UM. Their last major recruit is on our roster.

My point being that there were an awful lots of coaches and street agent types tweeting about how Al did Kirkland a disservice.
So where is Genron and his cadre of "Leader of Men" these days?
Why aren't they twittering about what a wonderful job Brett Blewmenia did in getting Kirkland ready for the NFL?

I think they said that because Al rescinded his scholly for no reason. You can't get upset with the Arky coaches. I mean Kirklamd was a 3x All Conference selection. The coaches has nothing to do with them dropping in the draft.
