Beating the dead horse

Richt was a real coach. Just past his prime. Look at the guys he put into
the nfl
Whatever Richt was or wasn’t in the past, he wasn’t a real coach at Mimi. He came here to retire and play OC/dad to his son, not build a top program. He literally told us this. Our admin didn’t care or didn’t unnerstan.

Lol. Like the kids are flocking to LSU and UGA to play for Orgeron and Kirby.

As long as some schools are allowed to buy players and others aren’t, those schools will win the most, get the best recruits and have the most players drafted. People thinking a couple of top 10 classes will put Miami on Alabama’s level in terms of talent, are just living in dream land. Our best recruiting class in the last decade would have been Alabama’s worst. The difference between the top three teams in terms of talent and the next 10 teams is miles.

Our best hope is to hope for a Clemson-like improvement where we can couple good recruiting classes with supreme talents at quarterback and innovative coordinators on both sides. It’s either that or hope that the casual fan loses interest in seeing the same teams in the playoff every single year and ratings/revenue slip. If people stop watching Alabama vs Ohio State/Clemson every year, there will be more parity.
