If we had lost, the talking heads and the public at large would've said, "Yeah, Miami didn't even win the ACC, they shouldn't have been put in CFP because LOOK."
That didn't happen today.
Today, we proved that we are a legitimate national championship contender, proved that we weren't a sympathy pick by the CFP Committee. Proved we belonged in the discussion more than Notre Lame.
Regardless of what happens further, we have showed we can go toe to toe with an elite football team and win big games. That matters. Ten years ago, could we say the same thing?
On to Ohio State, and I hope we blast their playoff hopes into smithereens. We owe them for a particular game, and the debt is unpayable.
