2017 we were definitely in the conference championship game but ok
 
I'll be 100. I'm very surprised by this poor performance. I thought there would be more adjustment from the first game but nothing at all. I'm not saying don't hire him but I'd explore all options before overpaying and gifting him the job. Still, fire Manny.

Had manny just won 2 conference ships?
 
Mario is not a 1 person savior. But if UM gets the right assistants and lets Mario be a great recruiter and captain of the ship, like Jimmy Johnson and Butch Davis, then the success will follow. But the commitment to the program means good assistants, and a much bigger budget for analysts and Recruiting.
Mario needs that to win NC’s.
 
After Watching TVD. Howell, Picket and the kid from Virginia, watching this game is painful. QBs are terrible.

That’s the truth. I think we’re still where we were when we hired Richt…looking for a guy to get us to 10+ wins and an ACCCG appearance on a regular basis. Then we might be able to convince Urban he’s gotten over his latest health issue and wants to coach again.
