LOL, our SOS is perceived to be so bad that not only are we the lowest ranked undefeated P5 team but there are 2 one-loss teams ahead of us. There are a ton of one-loss teams that have playoff hopes still and we know that our only hope to get in is an undefeated season. SOS matters. FSU's success helping us is long long gone at this point though, so there's no incentive for them winning anymore. We are not getting any credit for that win no matter what they do the rest of the season.

So glad to see these mf’s get humbled. Their fans got way too **** arrogant not realizing that they feasted off our 10+ year coaching incompetence and the Gaytors’ failings under Muschamp.

Now that we are finally coming back and they’ve got some recruiting competition, they’ve got no S. Fl superstars to bail them out.

So many stupid Nole fans get to brought back to reality. A reality that many of the young stupid fans have never had to realize.

Loving every minute of this.

For those thinking that the Canes are a playoff team, we're not there yet. Having said that, Miami plays Virginia Tech and Notre Dame in the next 2 weeks after UNC. Win those, and you'll see Miami at least in the top 5. Ohio St. and Penn St. are about to play tomorrow and knock the other down a few pegs in the rankings. If we win, we'd likely face Clemson in the ACCCG. Bama and Georgia would play each in the SEC title game.

Things work themselves out.

We are "there yet". There's no reason we can't win our remaining games and beat NC State if they win the Atlantic. Can we win the playoffs right now? Probably not, but we can and should run the regular season table. And enough of the "wait til we beat xyz", you guys were all saying that before Florida State. Being top 5 now helps build momentum with recruiting and would position us well should we lose a game. Now if we lost a game, we'd plummet below Memphis probably.
