Every time I turn the channel and comeback they've scored.

42 points with 5:00 left in half.

I mean they are going against one of the worst coaches in FBS today. You know the guy that Pete Ariz has a crush on?

Don't Bama run a pro-style offense?

They run more multiple. Ran just as much spread last year as pro. Also used uptempo

Saban has said multiple times you gotta change with the times.

The " pro style " you know is dead . It's all multiple or spread .

I agree, but their base is pro correct?

My point is pro-style teams are still winning majority of the titles. Sure we've seen some wish bone teams, triple option teams, wild cat teams make some noise and even win a title here or there...but pro-style gets u paid at the next level and still dominate.

How many titles have Baylor won? Oregon? TT? A&M? Get my point?

I agree, u have to add something to a pro style offense though; read option, spread option, Go options, etc...and that comes w good coaching. Even The Pats runs multiple pro-style sets that incorporate such.

I think what we run is an archaic form of the pro-style; but, pro-style is still an extremely legit offense.

"All the teams " as in Alabama, for the most part. Let's be real , they have by far the best talent every year. Not everybody can fill a roster will all 4-5 stars. Spread offenses spread that talent out and puts it in space. It's the great equalizer.

Even with that huge talent advantage they still get raped by spread offenses. It's caused Saban so many problems that he's had it implemented at Alabama, which is unheard of.

Just imagine Miami kids put in that space, it would be devastating .

I do prefer a more physical spread like Urban/ Hermon, that occasionally will run some I.

But it's time for Miami fans to get off this " pro style" kick, you use every advantage you can get these days . Parity is at an all time high.

If you have a massive talent advantage any offense is going to work.

I just posted this. That's the only reason Alabama got away with it as long as they have. And they've even gotten away from it.
