FWIW,

BC's move might be by design. Set the twitter and internet world afire with the rumors that Cook may be committing or close, builds momentum, and maybe more local puressure on him to stay. He can see how excited people are at the thought of him coming here, could make it harder for him to disappoint and turn his back on his hometown and his friends.

Now there's conflicting reports if Cook signed FSU FAA. Lmao. What a clustercluck. I have no idea what to make of that Safid Deen statement either - is he reliable?
 
Here is a summary:

Cook signed FA papers with UM and FSU and now they both have unlimited contact. That's all, thats it.

He visited. I work at the hotel FSU stores the recruits at and his grandma sent her batch of cupcakes down because she didn't want them so I ate them.
